Wow. What a fun game!
Volleyball is one of my favorite sports, and so I was so excited to be able to go watch North Henderson’s Inaugural season and see them play Watauga on May Day. The JV and Varsity games were a hoot. The boys played well and were motivated to win, but they were truly having fun playing.
Boys Volleyball is the fastest growing boy’s sport in the country. In North Carolina, last season there were 13 boys teams. This year over 40. Hopefully other local schools will bring a team to the court next year. You can never have enough volleyball!
If you are a sports fan, and especially a volleyball fan, you need to get to Thursday’s game between East Henderson and North Henderson at North. You will have a great time, and you will support this growing sport!
