Download and share your photo to any device, and share on Social Media sites, but printing is not authorized. This is designed to share your image without watermarks, but not for you to print or have anyone else print (Blue Ridge Expressions can do this for you!). Artist signature is included in image corner, which should not be removed.

The owner (“Owner” – Blue Ridge Expressions by Pat Shrader) of the copyrighted photograph being purchased (the “Work”), hereby grants you the non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and perpetual right to use, reproduce and distribute the copyrighted Work, in whole or in part, in online or electronic publications, including Web pages and social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).

This is copyrighted material. You are prohibited from printing or transferring this work to any third party for reproduction for “on demand” products, including photo prints, postcards, mugs, t-shirts, calendars, posters and other similar items; or using the Work as part of a trademark, service mark or logo. 

You may not use this product as a part of other artwork.

Artist signature will be included on the image, and should not be removed.

In consideration for the grant of this non-exclusive license, you agree to pay Owner the amount specified, due and payable immediately prior to your downloading a digital copy of the Work.

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws designated by Owner, now or in the future.
