What. A. Game.
On Senior Night, The Falcons of West Henderson faced a tough opponent in the Enka Jets at home. This game had a lot of promise, and it certainly lived up to expectations. The scoreboard flipped leaders in almost every half-inning, and as the game came to an end, the Falcons and Jets were tied at 7 in Inning 6 & 7. Until Junior Colin Ingle came to the plate with and brought the winning run home with a solid hit to give the Falcons the win.
The entire team stormed the field, celebrating what was indeed a playoff-atmosphere game against a great Enka team.
Congratulations on a great season, men. Good luck next week at Franklin and Tuscola, and then into the playoffs!
