It is so hard sometimes. So hard to get away and find something
interesting to shoot. To break away from the family life to expore a
passion. To get out of bed early to meet a sunrise. To find something
different.
I recently read a great article in Outdoor Photography by Jay Goodrich on how to find your landscape. He talks about how to
find your photographic vision. Take the quick "give-me" shot, then look
for something different. Find inspiration by laying on the ground at a
scenic location. Get your feet wet. Enjoy where you are at, despite the
conditions -- you will find something there.
Check out his article. It is worth reading. Might even make it easier to get out of bed in the morning!
