Blue Ridge Expressions brings together my love for photography and the
new digital world in a way that compliments each other. With this site,
I've been able to combine my love of the outdoors, photography, and my
full-time career as computer manager.
I've always lived in God's
country, the mountains of the central Appalachians, and I currently
call Henderson County, North Carolina home. Nearby, I have access to
numerous scenes, including the Blue Ridge Parkway, DuPont State Forest,
and Pisgah National Forest. Following a life long fascination for
waterfalls, I enjoy "hunting" them with my camera throughout the Blue
Ridge Mountains.
Additionally, I've been involved with computers
for over 30 years, growing up with the "magical" machine that can do
almost anything. I've continued doing this on machines big and small,
for small businesses and Fortune 50 companies. Blue Ridge Expressions
allows me to combine my love for computers with photography together in
a complimentary way.
